Daily and Weekly guests: your site license agreement includes unlimited water, sewer, garbage, and electricity.
Monthly and Annual guests reimburse us for electric usage. Meter reading will be taken from the day you hookup and then again at the end of the billing cycle (weekly or monthly) during your term. You will be responsible for your actual usage, and that payment will be due immediately.
Laundry facilities are on premises next door to our offices.
PAYMENTS & DUE DATES
Payment for a reservation is due at time of booking if online, or at time of check-in if paying in person.
Here is our site fee breakdown:
Daily Rate $35.56/night + taxes (electricity included). Weekly Rate $211.14/week (7 nights) + taxes (electricity included). Monthly Rate $375/month (30 nights) + metered electric. Annual Rate $3,750/year (364 nights) + metered electric. That’s $750 off — 2 months free vs. paying monthly. Paid in full for 1 year, non-refundable.
Per-day breakdown: Daily $35.56/day. Weekly $30.16/day. Monthly $12.50/day (+ metered electricity). Annual $10.30/day (+ metered electricity).
A refundable damage deposit of $100 (annual stays) or $50 (monthly stays) is due at move-in. The deposit is refunded once site fee and electric charges are paid in full and the site is left in good condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

Park Rules
These Park Rules are a binding condition of your stay. When you reserve a site at Mountain Home RV Park, you agree to follow them — every rule below applies to all guests, current and new, for the full length of your stay.
Management enforces these rules at its discretion. Violations can result in a written citation, a fine, or revocation of access (termination of your stay). Your stay is governed by Arkansas law.
Read them. Follow them. If you can’t, this isn’t the park for you.
RV Age and Condition Policy
RVs 15 years or older must be approved by management before a reservation is confirmed. To request approval, send the year, make, and model along with current photos of the exterior (all sides), roof, tires, and interior to info@mountainhomervpark.com.
All RVs, regardless of age, must be in good repair, clean in appearance, and roadworthy. Management may decline any RV based on its condition, including at arrival if the RV does not match the photos submitted.
RVs must be kept in good condition for the length of the stay. Management may require repairs, or removal of the RV from the park, if it falls into disrepair.
Reservations & Payment
- Site fee payments and online bookings are non-refundable, except for a 50% refund if you booked online and cancel with 3+ business days’ notice. Otherwise, no refunds for any reason — that’s firm.
- Cancellations require 3 business days’ notice.
- No-shows, or cancellations without written notice to us, forfeit 100% of the reservation.
- Late arrivals may still use the remainder of their reservation, but there is no refund for days missed.
- A $25 late fee applies to any site fee payment not received within 5 days of the due date.
- A 3% surcharge applies to site fee payments made by credit card.
- ACH / direct deposits are accepted with no fees. Payment confirmation must be received by the due date.
- Military families: 5% off, always.
Occupancy & Guests
- The base rate covers 2 adults per site.
- Additional adult (18+): $2/day. Additional child (under 18): $1/day.
- You are responsible for your children and their conduct. Keep them supervised, courteous to other guests, and out of other guests’ sites.
Your Lot
- Keep your lot area free of trash, debris, and clutter at all times.
- Your RV, belongings, and any additions to your site (decks, patios, sheds, storage) must fit entirely within your own lot. Nothing may extend onto a neighboring lot, a roadway, or a common area.
- Decks, patios, sheds, and similar additions may not exceed 8 feet wide by 16 feet long, and must be professionally built on 4″ x 6″ beams.
- Keep your RV and lot in good, safe condition.
Pets
- Pets must be leashed while on the grounds, or kept in a fenced area within your own site if unleashed.
- Pets may not be left unattended at any time.
- Pick up after your pet immediately.
- You are responsible for any damage your pet causes. Excessive barking may result in termination of your stay.
- If you have a number of pets, let management know in advance so we can work with you.
Quiet Hours — 10 PM to 6 AM
- No loud music, noise, or generators audible more than 20 feet from your site during quiet hours.
Vehicles & Parking
- Up to 2 additional vehicles may park beside your RV, clear of the orange site markers (many sites back in at an angle).
- Do not park in or occupy another RV site.
- Washing vehicles, RVs, watercraft, ATVs, or similar equipment on the premises is prohibited.
Prohibited — No Drugs. No Meth. Zero Tolerance.
We don’t do warnings on this one. No illegal drugs on the property — no meth, no exceptions. Use, possession, or sale of any illegal drug or controlled substance anywhere on the property means immediate revocation of access and termination of your stay. No second chances, no gray area. We run a family park with kids around, and this rule is absolute.

It is understood that Jimos RV Park | Mountain Home RV Park by Jimos assumes NO responsibility whatever for private property left in the RV park or any other area of the park, and that you expressly release us (Jimos RV Park | Mountain Home RV Park by Jimos) and discharged from any and all liability for any loss, injury or damages to persons or property which may be sustained during the term of this agreement.
This site license agreement will be digitally agreed to upon payment of the reservation either online or in person.
