Your dog is welcome here. So is your cat. This is a working park full of folks with animals, and we like it that way.
But pets come with rules, and the rules are the rules. They apply to every guest, every stay, no exceptions.
Leashes
Pets stay leashed while on the grounds. The only off-leash exception: a fenced area inside your own site. If it’s not fenced and it’s not your lot, the leash stays on.
Don’t leave them alone
Pets may not be left unattended at any time. Not in the RV with the windows cracked while you run to town. Not tied up outside while you’re at work. If you’re not there, your pet isn’t either.
Clean up
Pick up after your pet immediately. Every time. Nobody wants to find it, and nobody should have to ask you twice.
Barking
Excessive barking can get your stay terminated — that’s straight from the park rules. A dog that barks at a squirrel is a dog. A dog that barks all night is a problem for forty other sites. Keep it under control, especially during quiet hours (10 PM to 6 AM).
Damage
You are responsible for any damage your pet causes. Chewed siding, dug-up lots, vet bills for somebody else’s animal — that’s on you.
Got a whole crew?
If you have a number of pets, talk to management before you settle in so we can work with you. We’d rather sort it out on day one than have a problem on day thirty.
If rules get broken
Management enforces the rules at its discretion. A violation can mean a written citation, a fine, or revocation of access — up to and including termination of your stay for excessive barking. Your stay is governed by Arkansas law.
