Park it for the year. $3,750 for 364 nights, full hookups, in town. That’s $750 off — 2 months free vs. paying monthly.
Mountain Home RV Park by Jimos is a 40-site park in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Most of our people stay by the month or longer. An annual site is the cheapest way to live here — one payment, a whole year, a price that doesn’t move around on you.
The math
| Paying monthly | Annual site | |
|---|---|---|
| Rate | $375/mo + metered electric | $3,750 + metered electric |
| 12 months | $4,500 | $3,750 |
| You save | — | $750 |
That works out to $10.30 a day. The annual term is paid in advance; electric is metered and billed monthly.
Who it’s for
- Long-term guests — nobody here is on vacation. This is home, with wheels. A typical 2-bedroom around here rents for about $790 a month; an annual site runs you $312.50 a month before electric.
- Seasonal workers — roll in Sunday night for the job, stay the year, roll out when it’s done. No lease. No landlord.
- Retirees — sold the house and never looked back. Fixed income goes a lot further at $3,750 a year.
- Anglers — fish the White River and the Twin Lakes all year. Park the rig for twelve months for less than a month at a lodge costs.
If that sounds like you, you’ll fit in fine.
Metered electricity, explained plain
Electricity is included for daily and weekly stays; monthly and annual stays use metered electricity.
Your meter is read when you arrive. You pay for what you use at the end of each month. Run the AC all summer or barely sip power in the spring — you pay your share, nothing more. That’s how the annual rate stays this low.
Military discount
Active and retired military take 5% off. Always. That’s $3,562.50 for the year.
What’s included
- 50-amp electric at every pad
- City water and sewer at each site
- Fiber internet — 1000 Mbps down / 500 up over WiFi, 20 Mbps per user. Yes, it actually works. Work-from-the-rig people live here.
- Laundry on site
- Dog park
- Trash service
- Office and gift shop with the basics
- Pets welcome — clean up after them
No resort fees. No amenity fees. No surprise charges. The price on this page is the price.
In town, not out in the sticks
Some long-term parks sit 20 minutes down a county road with nothing around. We’re in Mountain Home. Walk to Walmart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and plenty of restaurants. And the best fishing in Arkansas is minutes away:
- Lake Norfork — about 10 minutes
- Bull Shoals Lake — about 20 minutes
- White River trout fishing — a short drive
