Mountain Home's Lowest-Cost Long-Term RV Park
Full hookups, fiber internet, laundry on site β and a monthly rate you won't beat in town. Call around and compare.
We’re a working-class RV park and we’re priced like one. No resort fees. You get a level gravel pad, 50-amp power, city water, sewer, trash, and super fast internet. We are walking distance from Walmart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and plenty of restaurants, five minutes from Lake Norfork.
Most of our tenants stay months or years: folks working a job in town, families between houses, retirees stretching a fixed income, anglers who want to be on the water by sunrise. Good neighbors who look out for each other. The school bus picks up right out front.
If you need an affordable place to live or land in Mountain Home, this is it.

“This is a great place to stay. I love that it has so many amenities nearby. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, not to mention the lakes & relaxed atmosphere. The owners are fantastic. They take great care of this park & their customers. I can’t wait to go back. I noticed the only low review on here is about the gravel. The website has pictures showing that, so it’s unusual that the reviewer didn’t expect that. Thanks, Jimmie & Melissa!”
