A real monthly budget
Here’s what a single person or couple actually spends living here:

What the budget doesn’t include (honest section)
- Your rig payment, if you still have one. That’s between you and the bank.
- Maintenance. Tires, seals, the water heater that picks the worst possible week. Budget something monthly or it’ll budget you.
- Metered electric in summer. Arkansas August with the AC running is real money. The $60–$150 range above is honest — plan for the high end June through September.
The fine print (there isn’t much)
- Check-in by 2 PM, checkout by 11 AM.
- Cancellations need 3 business days’ notice.
- We’re usually in the office by 10 AM, and we take reservation calls 24 hours a day — call 870-499-1608 and if we’re not here, we’ll meet you shortly.
- Dogs welcome. Clean up after them. That’s the whole rulebook that matters.
